Returns & Replacements

We provide 30 days free returns and no quibbles policy for anywhere in the US.

We aim to provide an excellent level of customer service. We will accept the return of any rug that the customer wishes to return due to personal reasons within the US NO ADDITIONAL COST. Before we accept the return of any item the customer must email us on info@a2zrugs.com and receive authorization for the return. All return applications must be made within 30 days of the customer receiving the rug.

We do not accept any returns of rugs that we believe have been used in the 30 days.

If you wish to return an item please put the following in the email. The rug ID number or the Order number (both of which you would have received on the confirmation email), and the reason for your return, and when you are going to be at the delivery address within the next 5 working days. We will respond to this email as quickly as possible, and include a pick-up date with our courier network to retrieve the rug from your premises on one of the days that you have highlighted.

All cards transactions are processed securely by Credit Cards & PayPal they are leaders in professional secure transactions and once you are ready to pay for your order, you will be transferred to their payment system. Your card details are never entered into our website for your protection and Secure Trading use a 256 bit SSL encryption to safeguard your card details as well as their utilisation of the 3D Secure system for even further added protection. If the order is placed in a different country than the United State, the system will automatically convert your local currency into USD.

Every effort is made to ensure that our prices shown on the website are accurate and up to date. If an error is discovered prior to goods being dispatched or collected then you will be contacted and you may cancel your order and we will refund all monies paid.

Viewing Orders
If you want to view a different order, select View more orders from the drop-down menu on the page. On the Your Orders page, an order status message displays above each of your items. These messages include: We've Received your Order - We will begin processing your order soon.

Updating Account Information
 You can update your account information at any time by visiting the MyAccount section of the website (look for the link at top-right of any page). Select "Personal Information" to update your password. To update your billing address, please visit "Address Book" link on the left navigation.
